Fees policy.

By registering with us, you agree to abide by this fees policy, and Ace reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed.

1. Payment Plans
Payment plans are available upon discussion and agreement with Ace. Payment plans must be arranged in a way that the full amount is paid off by the due date. Exceptions will be made for certain situations.

2. Fee Due Dates
Early Bird Fee: Payment for the early bird rate must be made within two weeks before the term starts.
Full Term Fee: Payment for the full fee must be made within the first two weeks of the term.

3. Late Fees
To support smooth operations and ensure timely processing, we kindly request fees to be settled by the due date. In the event of delayed payments, a 10% late fee will be applied.

4. Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for participation in competition teams, travel expenses, merchandise, competition fees, and other special events or services. Details of these fees will be communicated in advance.

5. Non-Refundable Term Fees
Term fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay term fees on time may result in the student's removal from their class.

6. Missed Classes
No refunds or make-up classes will be given for missed classes due to overseas travel, family holidays, birthdays, or similar reasons. Refunds may be granted in cases of serious illness, injury, or bereavement. Ace reserves the right to request a medical certificate as proof in such cases.

7. Competition Fees
Competition fees are still to be paid if a child no longer competes. Futhermore, there will be no refunds for students who leave a crew after competition fees have been sent out.
